What is a X-Ray Tech (General)?
Are you a skilled General X-ray Technologist looking for new opportunities to provide diagnostic imaging services? As a Travel General X-ray Technologist, you will have the chance to work in various healthcare settings, performing a wide range of X-ray examinations to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. - Providing education and support to patients regarding the imaging process.
Common General X-ray Technologist Responsibilities:
- Performing X-ray examinations of various body parts, including chest, abdomen, extremities, and spine
- Assisting with fluoroscopy procedures
- Conducting portable X-rays at patients’ bedsides
- Utilizing proper radiation protection measures
- Ensuring proper functioning and maintenance of X-ray equipment.
