Taking a quick breather…
The June market continued to post some nice jobs, but the overall trends decreased slightly across the board. Volumes were down in every category and rates were flat to slightly decreasing. Not a single segment was able to display growth in either rates or job volume. Not a humongous surprise when you think about it – after so many May orders, it’s pretty hard to grow on top of them. Additionally, a lot of the orders were filled, meaning that those facilities with needs are not going to put out more orders yet.
