January continues the trend of normality as we start 2024 – order volumes and average gross weekly pay is leveling out. In January, we see order volumes dropping with the season and gross weekly pay flat from December. In fact, all three Nursing and Technologist segments (Cath, IR , EP) are all leveling out right around the some compensation of $2700 – $2800 a week. Great orders are still coming out of Virginia, with some very nice orders also in Pennsylvania and Washington. This is slightly above where we were at the start of last year when many staffing programs did a hard reset on any assignments with incentive or crisis rates.
