A December Chill…in the warm spots
December brought a lot more of the same as November, which is a good or bad thing depending on who you ask. There are plenty of high-paying orders out there, but they are no longer everywhere. It’s back to normal, with the colder states having to pay more than the cooler states in most cases. We’re still seeing some of the highest orders coming out of Virginia, with some very nice orders also in Pennsylvania, Oregon and Washington. Additionally, some of the Great Lakes and surrounding states have been steadily pumping orders out at some decent rates.
