Bill Rate Transparency
We want you to know we're not making too much money, so we tell you the bill rate of your assignment. We do not profit on your extra hard work (OT, CBOT, DT, On Call Hours) - we only cover our costs of Worker's Comp and taxes (FICA, etc.).
Paid Time Off
Vested Day 1 and visible on your first paycheck! On your very first paycheck, you will see your PTO accrual and balance. At Phoenix, there is no waiting period before you can use your PTO benefits. Requests are quick and simple through the Gusto Payroll app.
401k Plan - 5% Employer Match
Vested Day 1 and visible on your first paycheck! Invest in your future with our 401K plan! At Phoenix, we don't delay your match with vesting schedules. You're eligible for our full 5% employer match starting day one. After 500 hours, you’re eligible for an additional 2% match!

Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit
Happy Friday! Our staff is paid every week via Direct Deposit. You can review your pay stubs as soon as Thursday morning on the Gusto Payroll app.
Housing Assistance
Phoenix reimburses you for housing and travel expenses according to amounts listed on the GSA website. We recommend Airbnb, VRBO, or FurnishedFinders for housing. If you need help, we are more than happy to assist you in your search!
